In Flanders Fields the poppies blow
And at LBC we, too, commemorate those who gave their lives in war. In keeping with our long established LBC tradition, we observed the 2 minute silence at 11am and raised funds for the Poppy appeal, largely due to the efforts of our charity committee, especially Krishna Mistry, to whom we extend our thanks.
Our head boy, Jamal Nokoe, delivered our poppy fund and donations in person to the Royal British Legion.
