This page explains how to delete your LBC Staff Hub account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the LBC Staff Hub mobile application provided by London Brookes College.
Delete your account in the app
- Open LBC Staff Hub and sign in.
- Go to More → Delete account
- Confirm. Your account is closed and your data is removed.
If you can’t access the app
Email us from your College email address and ask us to delete your account. We will action the request for you.

What is deleted
When you delete your account, we remove your profile and the personal data associated with it in the app — for example your account details and your app records such as leave requests and reflective entries — other than the records described below.
What we have to keep, and why
Some records carry statutory minimum retention periods that the College is legally required to observe — in particular working time, payroll and timesheet data. Where this applies to you, we will tell you which records are being kept and for how long. These records are retained only for as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
How long it takes
We action deletion requests promptly. If you have any questions about the status of a request, contact itsupport@londonbrookescollege.ac.uk.
