Financial Support
Invest in Your Future – With Support That’s Accessible
At London Brookes College, we understand the importance of financial support in making higher education accessible. As a provider registered with the Office for Students (OfS) in the Approved category, our designated higher education programmes enable eligible students to apply for financial assistance through Student Finance England.
Tuition Fees
The tuition fee for our HND Business course starting June 2025 is:
- £6,000 per academic year
This fee is eligible for a tuition fee loan through Student Finance England for students who meet the relevant criteria.
Students who are ineligible for student finance or who prefer to self-fund can pay fees directly to the College in monthly or termly instalments, subject to an approved agreement.
Important Note on Student Finance Applications
We are currently finalising Student Finance arrangements for our HND Business course.
Applicants will be informed directly by the College when the course is fully set up with Student Finance England and applications can be submitted.

Accommodation Guidance
Support with Finding a Place to Live
London Brookes College does not offer on-site accommodation or student residence facilities. However, we provide advice and guidance to help students secure appropriate private rented accommodation.
Options available to students typically include:
- Flat shares with other students
- Renting a room in a shared house
- Leasing an entire flat or house
To find suitable housing, we recommend visiting trusted UK property websites such as:
These platforms allow students to browse available properties and engage directly with landlords or estate agents.
Please note: The College does not endorse or assume responsibility for accommodations found via these websites or any third-party providers. Students are strongly advised to carry out their own due diligence before entering into rental agreements, including viewing properties in person where possible, checking tenancy terms carefully, and confirming the legitimacy of landlords or letting agents.
If you require advice on renting or understanding tenancy rights in the UK, our Student Services Team is here to help.
Accessibility for Disabled Students
Our Commitment to Inclusive Education
At London Brookes College, we are committed to supporting all students to achieve their academic potential, including those with disabilities, long-term health conditions, or specific learning difficulties.
However, we wish to inform prospective students that:
Our main teaching site is located within a Grade II listed building, which currently does not have step-free or wheelchair-accessible entry points.
Due to heritage restrictions, the building cannot be structurally altered to provide lift access or fully meet modern accessibility standards.
We recognise that this may limit access for students with certain physical disabilities, and we encourage anyone with access requirements to contact us as early as possible during the application process to discuss your needs and explore possible alternative arrangements.
Support We Can Offer
Although the physical site has limitations, we are committed to providing reasonable adjustments where possible, which may include:
- Access to lecture recordings or remote learning options
- Extended deadlines or alternative assessment formats
- Support with digital learning tools
- One-to-one academic or pastoral support
- Referral to external disability services where appropriate
- Referral to an alternative higher education provider
Our Student Support Team will work with you confidentially to assess your needs and develop a personalised support plan.
Contact Us for Guidance
We strongly encourage prospective students with mobility or other access needs to speak with our admission team in advance of applying.
