Our Campus
London Brookes College is housed in an old grade II listed building “Burroughs House” which was previously owned by Oxford University. Our beautiful historic building is situated in the centre of student life surrounded by numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and transport connections. You will be studying in the heart of North West London’s educational hub. The college is on the main High Street, right next to Middlesex University, the Hendon Library and the town centre. Hendon Central tube station is 5 minutes walking distance and connects you to central London with all its main attractions in only 20 minutes.

Our Journey
Tuition Centre Established
Our journey started by providing one to one and group Tuition to 11+, KS1, KS2, KS3, GCSE, AS and A level students. Our name quickly became synonymous with result driven, highly qualified tutors, which were changing the local educational landscape.
Independent Sixth Form College Established
We had the best teachers, we had the college facilities and constantly heard from our students and their parents about how their existing schools/colleges lacked individual care and course flexibility. So we decided to do things the right way by focusing solely on our students needs. London Brookes College management have dedicated their efforts in creating an effective support system that allows students to receive genuine support to develop a real love of learning. We are incredibly proud that the college sees 98% of the students go onto Higher education – an achievement the students had previously believed was impossible.
Accredited Exam Centre Established
As you know, Exam boards play a crucial role in any students educational journey. So it made sense for us to get accredited by Edexcel, WJEC, OCR, AQA and CAIE exams boards, allowing us to offer students the ability to sit exam with us privately. This opened doors for any private candidate to sit any GCSE and A level written, speaking and listening as well as Science practical exams at our centre.
Listed SELT Course Provider for Trinity’s UKVI Approved English Language Tests
Trinity Secure English Language Tests (SELTs) are approved for applications to UKVI for visas, UK visa renewal, British Citizenship, Settlement and Leave to Remain. London Brookes College became their chosen course provider.
Accredited Higher national certificate and diploma Pearson Business course
The college also wanted to cater to students looking to do higher national diplomas. We received our Pearson HND in Business course accreditation. Course delivery includes; lectures, face-to-face training days, one to one tutorials, discussions, case study discussions, research work, group work etc. All students are guided at every step towards achieving their goals.
BTEC Higher National Level 5 HND provides nationally recognised qualifications offering career progression, professional development, employment opportunities and further progression within higher education.
Accredited City & Guilds Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training
This Diploma qualification is recognised as equivalent to the Certificate of Education qualifications in the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (FHEQ). Students can progress to further studies in education, such as The Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or a top-up in Education Studies if they do not hold a degree. London Brookes College is accredited by City & Guilds for this diploma.
Established a supported living services and accommodation centre
LBC Supported Living Services offer excellent facilities and a safe and secure environment for young people. 79 Watford Way is a supported living, training and development unit for service users with mild to moderate learning disability as well as low level mental health issues. Situated in an area that offers easy access to the town centre, shops, leisure and transport facilities. Accommodation comprises of 8 en-suite bedrooms, a spacious fully furnished communal living room, kitchen/dining room and an activity room for onsite education and leisure. The living room has access to a paved garden via patio doors. We have 24 hours staff support on-site with staff that have vast experience, skills and qualification to manage challenging and complex emotional and behavioural difficulty.
